Biography
Scott began his academic career in 1996 at the Business School of the Royal Agricultural University and subsequently became a tutor at Cardiff University and an Associate Lecturer on the MBA programme at the Open University. A keen international traveller, Scott has led over 120 international educational programmes in more than 40 different countries. Scott is research active and interested in leadership, strategy and management and the way that not for profit organisations adjust during seasons of growth. He is also interested in ‘how’ we learn as a keen user of the Case Study approach to learning.
