Biography
Rachel manages the Continuous Update Project and is a Registered Nutritionist. She obtained a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds and a PhD on nutritional epidemiology (on how smoking effects people’s diets) from the University of Southampton. She spent a total of 17 years involved in teaching and research at Southampton University and has published a number of research papers.
