Biography
Claudia Toussaint is responsible for the legal, compliance and environmental, health & safety functions at Xylem. She was named Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Xylem in October 2014. Prior to joining Xylem, Ms. Toussaint served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Barnes Group Inc., an international industrial and aerospace manufacturer and service provider for more than four years. She also served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics Officer for Embarq Corporation, a telecommunications company that was spun-off from Sprint Nextel. Previously, she held several positions of increasing responsibility at Sprint Nextel's predecessor companies. She started her career as an attorney at Morrison & Forrester LLP, an international law firm.
