Biography
Charles B. Stanley, was elected a director of the Company in May 2007. Mr. Stanley has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of QEP Resources, Inc. (an independent natural gas and oil exploration and production company), since May 2010 and Chairman of QEP’s board of directors since May 2012. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Questar Corporation (a U.S. natural gas-focused exploration and production, interstate pipeline and local distribution company) from March 2008 to June 2010 and also as its Executive Vice President and Director from February 2002 to June 2010.
