Biography
Colonel Eric Espino is the Special Operations Chair at National Defense University. Colonel Espino entered the Air Force in 1992 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps in 1992 after earning an A.B.in Political Science from the University of Miami.Colonel Eric Espino is a master navigator and combat systems officer, he has flown more than 2,600 hours in MC-130P, HC-130, C-130E/H, and T-1A aircraft with deployments to the Philippines, Turkey, and South America.Colonel Espino also served as a Political Affairs Strategist and Operations Officer at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Col Espino commanded at the squadron and group levels and earned a Master’s Degree in Military Operational Art and Science and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from Air University.
