Administrative support to the CEO, CTO, VP Project Management, VP of Engineering and their direct reports Responsible for the organization of daily schedules and maintaining multiple long-range business calendars. Organize and coordinate executive level meetings. Arrange international and domestic travel, as well as the preparation of expense reports. Manage confidential, routine and non-routine information and requests. Delegate activities in the absence of executives. Manage credit card reports, coding of expenses ensuring timely and accurate submissions are made. Liaison with several recruiting agencies for the coordination of interviews and job offers. Responsible for shipping and receiving. Manage conference registrations and travel for large groups. Assist with the organization of company events.
