Biography

As Co-Founder and VP of Operations of a start up medical device company, I have navigated the complete gamut of product development from the identification of an unmet need all the way to global commercialization of a finished product. Growing a company from inception requires hands-on involvement in every aspect of the business. This level of grass roots engagement fosters an engaged leadership style with an intimate understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each team member in each department. The first hand experience creates credibility, accountability and the opportunity to improve processes. I am passionate about building effective, creative teams and providing superior customer service. I take great pride in the fact that at Minimally Invasive Devices, we created an elegant and effective product that improves patient care and created meaningful jobs.
