Biography
A Wisconsin native, Julie began her 3M career in 1983 as a materials control analyst, soon after earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration and communicative disorders. She moved up through various divisions and IT roles before becoming chief information officer in 2003. She became division vice president in 2006 and executive vice president of 3M’s Safety, Security and Protection Services Business in 2011. The following year, Julie served as executive vice president of the Safety and Graphics Business Group.
