Marlene M. Mcgrath

Biography

 Marlene began with 3M more than 20 years ago, as a lawyer in the company’s legal department in Canada. She also served as a director and vice president in human resources before being named to lead the organization four years ago. She was named a 2016 Woman of Excellence by the National Association of Female Executives for her leadership in advancing women worldwide, and has served as 3M’s campaign chair for the Greater Twin Cities United Way.
