Biography
He began his career as a consultant in 1974 and joined KSA Engineers in 1978. He was elected president of the firm in 1996 upon the retirement of company founder K.W. “Toby†Kindle and served in that capacity until 2015. Joncie is currently serving as Director of Municipal Services. In this role, Joncie leads KSA’s efforts in this market sector and has a more direct daily influence on client service, project efficiency and quality. His career has spanned over 40 years with a focus on water, wastewater, and large municipal improvement projects. He has been the Project Manager for well over $200 million of new construction throughout his career.
