Biography
He was instrumental in the establishment of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan and continues to manage the ESOP for sustainability for our employee owners and their retirement. Tommy is integrally involved in our Strategic Planning as well as corporate acquisitions and mergers. All financial, accounting, and IT functions report to him. He serves on the board of the University of South Alabama Foundation, as well as on committees with the Business Council of Alabama, Mobile Chamber of Commerce and various ESOP associations. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of South Alabama
