Krupa joined as Company Secretary in 2006 and was subsequently appointed as Head – Secretarial & Company Secretary in July 2014. She has over 13 years of experience in handling secretarial compliance with companies such as Borosil Glass Works Limited and Wimco Limited. Krupa is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has a Law degree from Mumbai University.
