Timothy J. Miller

Biography

 Dr. Miller has 16 years of product development, scientific research and clinical operations expertise, with a focus on transitioning novel biotherapeutics through pre-clinical phases and into Phase 1 and 2 human clinical trials. Recently, he has helped raise over $5 million to transition novel biologics through Phase I and II clinical trials. He has hands-on and managerial experience evaluating complex technologies, negotiating strategic alliances and contracts with private and public organizations. He has supervisory experience in all aspects of research and development, manufacturing of biologics, and clinical program start-up from a small company perspective, with direct experience engaging FDA and NIH advisory agencies on multiple Investigational New Drug (IND) submissions.
