Biography

Mr. Thomas E. Timbie serves as Chief Financial Officer at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. Mr. Timbie founded Timbie & Company LLC in 2000 and has been its President since 2000. Mr. Timbie served as Vice President of Ev3 Inc., and Ev3 LLC from April 2005 to June 2005. Mr. Timbie served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Ev3 Inc. and Ev3 LLC from January 2005 to April 2005. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Ev3 Inc. Mr. Timbie has over 30 years of financial and accounting experience in a variety of industries with particular emphasis on medical devices. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Xomed Surgical Products, Inc. From January 2000 to October 2000, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of e-dr. Network Inc., a business-to-business exchange in the optical market. From April 1996 to December 1999, Mr. Timbie served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Medtronic ENT Surgical Products, Inc. From 1994 to April 1996, Mr. Timbie served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TreBay Medical Corp. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Timbie served financial management positions at Linvatec, including Senior Director, Working Capital from 1992 to 1994 and Assistant Controller from 1990 to 1992. From 1987 to 1990, he served as Director of Financial Accounting and Reporting of Concept. Mr. Timbie has been a Director of American Medical Systems Holdings Inc. since 2002 and also serves as a Director of American Medical Systems, Inc. He serves as a Director at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. Mr. Timbie has been a Director of Acclarent, Inc. since April 2007. He served as a Director of Ev3 Inc. since June 2005. He served as a Director of Wright Medical Technology, Inc. He served as a Director of Ventyx, Inc. from April 1, 2002 to January 25, 2005. He served as a Member of Board of Managers of ev3 LLC since March 2004. He served as a Director of Wright Medical Group Inc. from 2000 to May 14, 2008.
