Biography
Mr. Phillips is Vice President, Formulation Development and Manufacturing at Aclaris with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Aclaris, Mr. Phillips spent eleven years at Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Senior Director of Manufacturing and Process Development, and as Senior Director of Manufacturing for CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Phillips holds eight U.S. patents for formulations and acquired a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biology from the University of South Florida.
