Evan G. Dick

Biography

 Evan G. Dick, Ph.D., brings 34 years of pharmaceutical and biotechnology experience to his current position as Senior Vice President, Discovery Medicine at Aclaris Therapeutics. Dr. Dick is also a partner in NeXeption, Inc., and previously served as Senior Vice President, Chemistry at Ralexar Therapeutics, Inc. (formerly known as Alexar Therapeutics, Inc.); Senior Vice President, Business Development at Ceptaris Therapeutics, Inc. (acquired by Actelion Ltd); and Senior Vice President, Discovery Medicine and Operations at Ception Therapeutics, Inc. (acquired by Cephalon, Inc.). He has held executive positions with Fulcrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (a legacy company to Ception Therapeutics, Inc.), Kereos, Inc., MedStrategy, Inc. and G.D. Searle & Company where he was Chairman, CNS Research. Dr. Dick is a former member of the Departments of Ophthalmology and Pharmacology at the Washington University School of Medicine. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and Doctor of Philosophy from SUNY Buffalo.
