James Newman

Biography

 Mr. James Newman, Jim serves as Executive Vice President of Acquity Group, LLC. Mr. Newman is responsible for managing the overall execution and delivery of consulting services of Acquity Group. His responsibilities include consultant management, recruiting, staffing coordination, professional development and training. He also is responsible for development and implementation of Acquity Group's methodologies, quality assurance programs, and the management of corporate intellectual capital. Prior to joining Acquity Group, he was Vice President and Global Knowledge Management Solution Leader at marchFIRST where he was responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of solutions in the areas of portals, content management, data warehousing and business intelligence. Before joining marchFIRST, Mr. Newman was Vice President at Utilities International, a general management consultancy to the utilities industry. He began his career as Director of Network Architecture Planning at AT&T/Ameritech where he was responsible for long-range technology planning services. Mr. Newman received his Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from University of Illinois - Champaign-Urbana. He received his Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
