Biography
Ms. Jan Lhotka serves as Chief Executive Officer at Action Property Management, Inc. Ms. Lhotka founded Action Property Management in 1984. She has served as Secretary and Board Member of the Orange County Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She was the Chairperson of a national committee of CAI: Chief Executive Officers of Management Companies and is instrumental in establishing widespread acceptance of such industry certification programs as the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
