Biography
Dr. Shay is the Director of Psychiatry trials at ActivMed. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at the Evanston Campus Department of Psychiatry in Evanston Illinois in 2000. He is a board certified Psychiatrist in the state of Massachusetts, and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, and the Illinois Psychiatric Society. In 1997 He was awarded a Certificate of Excellence for Inpatient Services. He has been conducting clinical research trials since 2000.
