Biography
Dr. Roger B. Bagwell, Ph.D. serves as Director of Research and Development at Actuated Medical, Inc. Dr. Bagwell served as Director of New Business Development at Piezo Resonance Innovations, Inc. Dr. Bagwell writes proposals with input of others from Piezo Resonance Innovations and conduct market research and other proposal related information. He is also the key person managing all the current programs. He evaluates government agency requests for proposal and prepares proposals to meet their needs. He has over ten years experience in materials development, proposal writing and program management. He is aPrinciple Investigator and Manager on Ph I, II and III SBIRs for NSF, NASA and DOD. Dr. Bagwell has a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Penn State
