David Chays completed Ph.D., Polytechnic University (2004) M.S., Polytechnic University (1998) B.S., Brooklyn College (1995).Nominated for the Teaching Excellence Award, 2008, 2012. GAANN Scholarship (Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need), 2000 - 2003. Student Travel Scholarship, 2000. National Science Foundation Traineeship Grant, 1997 - 1999. Jack Wolfe Award in Computer and Information Science, 1995.
