Biography

Diane F. Dembicki completed Ph.D., Human Nutrition, Colorado State University (1995) M.A., Bioanthropology, Indiana University (1977) B.A., Anthropology, SUNY College at New Paltz (1973).Dr. Dembicki is developer and director of the MS in Nutrition Program, ranked #5 in the U.S. “In July 2015, BestColleges.com ranked Adelphi’s College’s Master of Science in Nutrition one of the best in the online nutrition field, and U.S. News & World Report earlier placed the College among its 2015 Best Graduate Schools.” Fall 2015 Illuminations College of Nursing & Public Health Magazine, page 6. Selected to be 2106 Columbia EPIC Summer Scholar and Awarded two scholarships from the National Institute for General Medical Sciences, ""Principles of Effective Data Visualization", June 18, and "Communicating Public Health in the Media', July 27-August 1, 2016.
