Biography
Margaret R. Lally completed M.F.A., University of Michigan (1986) B.F.A., Adelphi University (1982).Professor of the Year nominee for 2012 by SGA (Student Government Association) Received 2011 Adelphi University Faculty Excellence Award for Tenured Faculty. Received a 2010 Folio Award for the podcast for Street Scene by the Long Island Fair Media Council. AU Women's Recognition Award 2010 given by SGA and CSI. (student-nominated) Received Kennedy Center Gold Medallion for teaching and service in January 2009 Member ODK since 2005.
Research Interest
The development of Cabaret Theatre (short forms in writing and performance), new works development, Community Outreach and Theatre for Social Justice.
