Biography
Joseph Truluck gained critical experience in operations and financial management at Adenosine Therapeutics prior to its acquisition by Clinical Data, Inc., where he assisted in many aspects of the business, from financial management to regulatory filings to due diligence prior to the buyout. After the purchase of ATL?s operations by Clinical Data, Mr. Truluck went on to gain an MBA from Tulane University with a concentration in Finance. After graduation, Mr. Truluck went on to co-found Beonten, Inc. in Boston with a team of experts in information economics. The business plan for Beonten was a Semi-Finalist in the prestigious MIT 100K business plan competition. Joe is the founder and current owner of Catallaxy Design, LLC, with which he is working on development of technologies applying information economics to real world problems. In addition to his MBA at Tulane, Mr. Truluck earned an MA in Philosophy at the University of Virginia, with a thesis in the area of modal semantics.
