Biography
William S. Gray, Esq. is an attorney with expertise in international and high technology commercial transactions. Mr. Gray joined the company in 2003 as Vice President of Licensing and Secretary having retired as a partner in the firm Williams Mullen. Mr. Gray earned degrees from Harvard College and Harvard Law School and is a pastmember of the New York and Virginia bars. During his practice he concentrated on international and high technology commercial transactions for a number of successful high technology startups as well as major European industrial companies. Prior to entering private practice in Charlottesville, Mr. Gray was in-house counsel at General Electric Company for 17 years where he was involved in several of GE?s major merger and acquisition transactions. He also served during this time as counsel for the International Sales Division, Corporate Staff Counsel, Division Counsel of the GE Supply Company and Group Counsel of the Industrial Electronics (Factory Automation) Business Group.
