Biography
Christopher Lyon, MPAS, PA-C, received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina. He completed his physician assistant education at Eastern Virginia Medical School, in Norfolk, Virginia and graduated with a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies degree in 2010. Upon graduation, Christopher moved to Asheville and has practiced in the fields of orthopedics and emergency medicine. He began his career in dermatology when he joined Advanced Dermatology and Skin Surgery in January 2015. Christopher is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, fly-fishing, mountain biking and cycling.
