Jeffrey Everett

Biography

Jeffrey C. Everett is Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Advanced Disposal. He focuses on general corporate, securities and finance matters, litigation management and merger and acquisition transactions. Jeffrey has more than 14 years of waste industry experience with prior positions at Waste Management Inc. and Veolia Environmental Services North America. He also served as a partner at a large multi-national law firm. His career has focused on corporate governance, securities and transactional matters for both private law firms and public companies. Jeffrey holds a B.A. from Kalamazoo College and a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.
