Biography

 Mr. Michael K. Slattery, also known as Mike, Esq., has been General Counsel of ADS Waste Holdings Inc. (now, Advanced Disposal Services, Inc.) since July 01, 2014 and has been its Secretary since July 2014. Mr. Slattery has been Executive Vice President of Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. since November 2016. Mr. Slattery has been Senior Vice President of Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. since July 01, 2014 until November 2016. Prior to joining Advanced Disposal, Mr. Slattery served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Veolia Environmental Services North America Corp. (VESNA) since December 8, 2009. Mr. Slattery was responsible for leading the law function for all of VESNA, including the provision of legal services to all three of its business units as well as itself. He joined Veolia ES Solid Waste in 2004 as Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to that, Mr. Slattery served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Wheelabrator Technologies, Inc. and General Counsel for several major North and Latin American operating divisions of Waste Management Inc. He has 15 year career with Waste Management. He served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Fruit of the Loom, Inc. with responsibility for the management of legal affairs throughout North America, Europe, North Africa and the Far East. He was an Assistant Editor of the John Marshall Law Review at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Mr. Slattery is a graduate of the John Marshall Law School in Chicago and he received Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from St. Joseph's College in Rennselaer, Ind.
