   Roman is a dynamic and innovative management executive with diverse experience in general management, business development, finance, and marketing of services and integrated solutions to Fortune 500 and government markets. Strategic thinker, confident decision maker, and persuasive negotiator. He founded and grew a multi-million dollar software consulting firm that later merged with a NASDAQ traded company. He has further managed group companies and initiated several acquisitions reaching over $50MM in sales, as well as founded and successfully developed a multitude of companies servicing Industries such as Finance, Healthcare, and Medical Equipment.
