Thom Skinner

Biography

Mr. Thom Skinner, CPA, CA is Director of the company. He has been the Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO at CO2 Solution Inc. since March 2011. Previously, Mr. Skinner spent time working with leading companies such as Business Development Bank of Canada, Diagnocure Inc., Sanofi Aventis, Mckennson Canada Corp., and Medisolution Inc. In these organizations, Mr. Skinner was a leading senior level financial executive responsible for providing guidance in the areas of mergers and acquisition and capital raising efforts. Mr. Skinner also has provided global leadership experience for Canadian, US, and European organizations in the banking, IT, manufacturing, and agri-foods industries.
