Biography
Yeung Koon Sang alias David Yeung is the Non-executive Chairman and Independent Director of the Group and was first appointed on 26 December 2003. He was last re-elected on 26 April 2016 as an Independent Director. He is the Audit Committee Chairman and a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. He is currently a public accountant with Kreston David Yeung PAC which he founded in 1987. Mr Yeung has over 30 years' experience in public accountancy and had worked previously with Deloitte & Touche, UK and Ernst & Young, Singapore. He was conferred the Public Service Medal by the President of the Republic of Singapore in 2001. Mr Yeung holds a Master of Social Science (Accounting) from the University of Birmingham, England. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.
