Biography
Appointed to the Board in August 2012. From 2008, served as Chief Executive Officer in the consulting firm Barton Business Consulting LLC. Has served as CFO of UTStarcom, Atmel Corporation, Broadvision, Advanced Micro Devices, and Amdahl Corporation. Started career with 21 years at Digital Equipment Corporation, most recently as CFO of the Personal Computer Division of DEC. Served for three years with the US Army Special Forces. Holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. with a focus in finance from Northeastern University, and has completed the Stanford University Board of Directors certification program.
