Biography

      Appointed to the Board in November 2016. Currently Senior Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, one of Silicon Valley’s leading law firms. Previously served for 38 years with Chevron Corporation. Promoted in 1995 to Corporate Secretary of Chevron, the first female corporate officer in Chevron Corporation’s 127-year history.   2007 became Chevron’s Chief Governance Officer, holding both offices until she retired in 2015. Holds a B.A. in journalism from the University of Kansas, a J.D. from the University of Kansas, as well as an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University. Also served on the board of directors of HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc.
