Gary Loveman

Biography

 Gary Loveman, Ph.D., is an executive vice president of Aetna and is president of Consumer Health and Services, Aetna’s health services business. The Consumer Health and Services organization is responsible for helping Aetna members achieve their best health and for fostering innovative collaborations with health care providers to improve the overall quality, cost and experience for Aetna members. Earlier in his career, Dr. Loveman was an associate professor at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, where he taught service management. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from M.I.T., where he was an Alfred Sloan Doctoral Dissertation Fellow, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wesleyan University.
