Biography

 Mr. Shawn M. Guertin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Enterprise Risk Officer at Aetna Inc. since February 25, 2013 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 2, 2014. Mr. Guertin served as Senior Vice President of Aetna Inc. since February 25, 2013. Mr. Guertin served as a Consultant of Coventry Health Care Inc. from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011. Mr. Guertin served as the Chief Financial Officer of Coventry Health Care Inc. from January 1, 2005 to October 30, 2009 and served as its Senior Executive Vice President. He served as Executive Officer of Coventry Health Care Inc. until December 31, 2009. He served as Treasurer of Coventry Health Care Inc. from March 2005 to October 30, 2009. Mr. Guertin served as President of Coventry Health and Life Insurance Company from February 2002 to December 31, 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Coventry Health Care of Georgia Inc. since January 2005. He served as an Executive Vice President at Coventry Health Care Inc. since January 1, 2005. Mr. Guertin served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Coventry Health Care Inc. from February 2003 to January 1, 2005. From April 1998 to February 2003, he served as Vice President of Finance of Coventry Health Care Inc. He served as Vice President of Finance of Coventry Corporation since January 1998.
