Steven B. Kelmar

Biography

 Steven Kelmar is Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, and also serves as Chief of Staff to Aetna’s Chairman and CEO Mark T. Bertolini.  In this role, he runs the governance of Aetna’s Executive Leadership Team and plays a major role in driving the company’s strategy.  Additionally, he works closely with Aetna's Board of Directors and serves on Aetna’s Executive Leadership Team.  Mr. Kelmar also has responsibility for Aetna’s Government Relations and Enterprise Communications teams, as well as the Aetna Foundation.
