Biography
Mr. Scott Coiante has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2011. He joined us in December 2010 and served as our Vice President of Finance between then and June 2011. Beginning in 2005, he served as Vice President Finance, Treasurer, Principal Accounting Officer at Medarex, Inc., a publicly listed biopharmaceutical company, which Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., acquired in September 2009 and during 2002 through 2005, he served as Director of Finance.
