Biography
Michael Sweeney grew up in the Show-Me State’s capital city. She holds bachelor of arts and master’s degrees in English from Truman State University in Kirksville
Research Interest
After joining SHSMO in October 2010 to work with the Missouri Digital Newspaper Project, she became the coordinator of National History Day in Missouri in 2012. She now helps students across the state in grades six through twelve to put their own stamp on history.
