Biography
Michael R. Hopsicker has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Agway, Inc. since April 1, 2003. Mr. Hopsicker has been Agway Inc.'s Executive Vice President of Agriculture and Energy since October 2001. Mr. Hopsicker served as President of Agway Energy Products LLC since July 1997. Mr. Hopsicker served as President of Agway Energy Services, Inc. Mr. Hopsicker served as Director of Financial Planning, Finance & Control of Agway Inc. from December 1994 to October 1995; as Director of Business Development of ARS, from October 1995 to April 1996 and as Vice President of Agway Energy Products, from April 1996 to July 1997.
