Ronald Shoup, Ph.d.

Biography

  Ron Shoup, Ph.D. has served as Chief Scientific Officer since 2013.  Shoup was the Executive Director of AIT Bioscience from September 2008 to 2011 and was President in 2012. Shoup came to AIT Bioscience after serving as Chief Scientific Officer at Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. (BASi) in West Lafayette, Ind., where he served in various capacities, including fourteen years on its board of directors. Shoup’s entrepreneurship, and scientific expertise stem from more than thirty years in bioanalytical instrumentation and contract research organization development motivated the AIT Bioscience team to think differently and see where new technologies could improve quality and efficiency.
