Biography
Dr. Howard was born in San Francisco, Califomia and was raised in Kaysville, Utah. He played basketball in college for Ricks College, then UAA. That was when he fell in love with Alaska. After attending UAA, he finished his undergraduate work at the University of Utah. He went to dental school at the prestigious University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Dr. Howard and his family then moved back to Utah where he practiced for the next 7 years. In 2009, He talked his wife and family into moving back to Alaska
