Biography
Jill Hoffman, RPA-C performs new and established patient consults, follow-up appointments, and pre-procedure histories and physicals. She sees and treats patients with a wide variety of gastrointestinal ailments, including abdominal pain, heartburn, swallowing difficulties, diarrhea, constipation and rectal bleeding. Jill also helps patients with the management of chronic illnesses, such as inflammatory bowel disease and cirrhosis, and educates patients about disease prevention. Jill earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Albany Medical College in 2008 and received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from SUNY Albany in 2005. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and she is a Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
