Biography
Dr. Shaina Bernardi is a NYS licensed psychologist. She treats adult and adolescent patients with a range of psychological disorders, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, interpersonal issues, and trauma. She specializes in eating disorders, couples therapy, emotion regulation, and has worked at a variety of settings with the college student population. Additionally, she conducts a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group. Dr. Bernardi is a member of the American Psychological Association. She has published and presented her research on work-family conflict, psychotherapy, and family therapy.
