Biography
Ben Kahrs is Senior Vice President Strategy, Technology and Corporate Development for Alcoa Corporation. Ben is responsible for the strategic planning process, asset management decisions, value-creation initiatives, industry analysis and new ventures for Alcoa. He also leads the Technology team, with primary focus on break-through technology. Finally, he has responsibility for the Energy team, both asset management and strategic planning. Ben is also a member of the Alcoa Executive Team, which sets strategic direction for the Company.
