Biography
Alan Arakawa is responsible for the planning, entitlement, development and sales of real estate development projects. Arakawa has led the planning and entitlement team since joining A&B in 2008 and has been instrumental in the long-range planning and successful entitlement and development for key projects such as Maui Business Park, Waiale in central Maui, and Kamalani residential in Kihei, Maui. Prior to joining A&B, he served as president of Waiawa Ridge Development, a joint venture between A&B and Gentry Investment Properties, and executive vice president at Castle & Cooke Hawaii.
