Biography
Charlie Loomis is responsible for the identification, creation and execution of land monetization opportunities in Hawaii. Loomis recently transitioned to this role after more than 25 years as an A&B in-house attorney, where he was involved in all legal aspects of real estate matters including development, leasing, property management, and sales and acquisition transactions. His extensive experience also includes the management and oversight of litigation and certain human resources/employment matters.
