Biography
Lance Parker is president of A&B Properties, overseeing real estate for the company. He has served as president since Sept. 1, 2015. Parker is also A&B’s principal broker. He has held several positions since joining the company in 2004, and most recently was senior vice president of acquisitions & dispositions. Before joining A&B, he was an associate vice president with Grubb & Ellis in California, where he provided commercial brokerage, advisory and transactional services.
