Biography
Leslie Brown heads the leasing team for A&B’s commercial real estate portfolio and is responsible for executing leases with new and renewing tenants in Hawaii. Real estate and leasing background Prior to joining A&B in January 2017, she managed Leslie Brown Associates, helping clients such as A&B with overall leasing. Her specific focus was on A&B’s Kukuiula project and Kailua portfolio, including the new Lau Hala Shops redevelopment. She also aided The Taubman Company in the leasing of the new International Marketplace and most recently leased The Shops at Wailea, owned by Heitman. Brown worked at A&B Properties as a leasing manager in 1994 before moving on to director of leasing positions at Victoria Ward and General Growth Properties. Brown earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate finance at the University of Southern California.
