Biography
Son-Jai Paik is vice president, human resources for Alexander & Baldwin. He joined the company in 2007. Paik began his career in 1998 in CIGNA Corporation’s Human Resource Development Program, a rotation-based program aimed at developing future HR leaders. In 2000, he joined Cigna International Expatriate Benefits (CIEB) and held a series of positions with increasing responsibility within CIEB. In 2003, he was appointed to vice president of human resources for LINA Korea, CIGNA International’s largest operation in the Asia Pacific region and the second largest contributor of divisional revenues and earnings worldwide.
