Biography

-Provide key benchmarking statistics and financial analysis for nearly 500 franchise members through our annual operating ratio study, performance groups, mergers and acquisitions. -Oversee the legal department by serving as the company's chief liaison with legal counsel, administration of legal documents from application to separation from franchise and management of multiple franchise disclosure documents and trademark portfolio. -Direct policy and oversee the collection of royalty and other amounts due from franchise members on revenues in excess of $13M.
